OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

Kenneth B. Morgan Sr.
President
Kenneth B. Morgan Sr. is a seasoned public safety professional and community leader with a distinguished background in law enforcement, emergency management, and public service. He retired from the State of Georgia in 2019 after serving as a Special Agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and previously held leadership roles at Fort Valley State University as Director of Public Safety and Director of Emergency Management.
Mr. Morgan is a former City Councilman for the City of Milledgeville, Georgia, and currently serves as a Grand Trustee of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge and Chief Rabban of Zelzah Temple #282 (Oasis of Milledgeville, Desert of Georgia). He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and currently serves as a Corporate Security Team Leader with Georgia Power Company.

Patricia T. Bostic
1st Vice President
Patricia T. Bostic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management, nonprofit administration, and organizational leadership. She brings a strong background in governance and administrative services, supporting effective program execution and strategic advancement.
In addition to her role as 1st Vice President, Mrs. Bostic is a commissioned Notary Public, providing both mobile and in-office services with professionalism and precision.
Through her structured leadership approach and commitment to excellence, she continues to support and advance the mission and charitable initiatives of the PHGLGA Charitable Foundation.

James Rush
2nd Vice President
James Rush is a corporate finance professional with a strong background in financial management and business strategy. He brings expertise in leadership and organizational development to his role as 2nd Vice President of the Foundation.
Mr. Rush serves as Chairman of the Corporate Affairs Committee for the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management (DM) with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership.
He is also a consultant specializing in insurance, finance, and real estate investment, providing strategic guidance to individuals and businesses.

Vivian Pierce
Secretary
Vivian Pierce is a retired State of Georgia professional with over 33 years of service in the Mental Health system. She continues her commitment to service as a licensed funeral director and embalmer with L.M. Pierce Funeral Home and Dorchester Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pierce is an active community leader, serving in key roles within the Second Washington Baptist Association Women’s Auxiliary, Robin Spring Baptist Church Women’s Ministry, and the Order of the Eastern Star, where she holds the position of District Worthy Matron for Louisville District #22.
Her service also extends to several professional and community boards, where she remains dedicated to uplifting individuals and strengthening her community.

Jere' Hawkins
Treasurer
Jere’ F. Hawkins is a dedicated professional with over 23 years of honorable service in the United States Army, retiring in 2011 after a distinguished career as a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Analyst. His military background established a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and strategic analysis.
Mr. Hawkins continues his commitment to service through his work with the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia, where he serves as the J.W. Dobbs Scholarship Director, supporting educational advancement and youth development initiatives.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources and Business Finance, and currently serves as a Management and Program Analyst with the United States Department of Education, Federal Student Aid.
